The Deye hybrid inverter energy storage solution can be used for various applications that provide owners of these systems with energy independence by using the energy storage to store energy. This solution is based on the Deye hybrid inverter, which manages both the photovoltaic installation and the energy storage.
Deye hybrid inverters have a clear color touch LCD display , on which both the installer and the user can check in the main panel how much electricity the house consumes, how much its photovoltaics produce and how much energy is going to the energy storage at a given moment.
Another advantage of Deye inverters is the possibility of connecting alternating current in order to modernize the existing photovoltaic system (the Deye inverter then works as a retrofit). If we already have photovoltaics with a grid inverter from any company, which we do not want to replace with a hybrid, we can connect it to the Deye inverter via the GEN input Deye hybrid with a battery (it is possible to connect from 1 to even a dozen pieces of Miellec warehouses).
Deye hybrid inverters have single-phase backup (single-phase inverters up to 3.6 kW), but also three-phase, which is often missing in competitive inverters, e.g. Huawei Sun2000. In off-grid mode, the Deye inverter will be able to power devices with a total power equal to 50% of the rated power of the inverter for each phase. This means that a three-phase inverter with a power of 10 kW in off-grid mode will power loads on one phase with a power of 5 kW, and the rest of the power (if there is such consumption) will be asymmetrically selected from the remaining phases.
In order to increase energy independence, a user who has a generator with autostart can successfully connect it to the Deye hybrid inverter. The inverter will automatically control the generator. In this way, in the event of a grid failure, we have double protection against total loss of power in the home socket.
Deye inverters are also safety. They have a number of built-in safeguards that protect against lightning, islanding, reverse polarity on the PV input, overcurrent on the AC output, short circuit on the AC output and also have surge protection.
