Mielec Institute of Technology (MIT) is a technology company headquartered in Mielec with sales offices in Krakow, Lublin and Katowice, designing and manufacturing lithium-ion batteries, both under its own brands and in the OEM/ODM model. Currently, the company offers its products and services mainly to the micromobility industry (scooters, bicycles and electric motorcycles) and the photovoltaic industry (energy storage).

Main Responsibilities

  • Participation in the process of creating and implementing new products (NPI),
  • Introducing, documenting and supervising technical changes,
  • Developing solutions to increase product reliability,
  • Ensuring that device designs comply with appropriate standards,
  • Providing technical support to the internal customer (production department) and
    external (customers) in the form of service and technical training,
  • Creating documentation, communicating results, technical data and task results,
  • Taking into account issues related to product cost optimization,
  • Root cause search and product servicing responsibility

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position,
  • Knowledge of English at B2 level or higher,
    ● Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles,
  • Knowledge of developing/adapting electrical designs to ensure
    compliance with regional and global standards.
  • Technical knowledge/competence in electronics (software knowledge)
    embedded will be an advantage),
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work in a team,
  • Positive attitude and ability to organize own work,
  • Knowledge of the energy storage and battery industry will be an added advantage,
  • Knowledge of the battery production process and software knowledge
    embedded will be an additional advantage.
