Mielec Institute of Technology (MIT) is a technology company headquartered in Mielec with sales offices in Krakow, Lublin and Katowice, designing and manufacturing lithium-ion batteries, both under its own brands and in the OEM/ODM model. Currently, the company offers its products and services mainly to the micromobility industry (scooters, bicycles and electric motorcycles) as well as the photovoltaic industry (energy storage). MIT is looking for an E-commerce Manager to join its team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing e-commerce strategies in line with company goals,
  • Market, competition and industry trend analysis,
  • Development of marketing and promotional plans,
  • Supervision over the functioning of the website and e-commerce platform,
  • Ensuring smooth navigation, responsiveness and site performance,
  • Planning and implementing online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, e-mail marketing,
    social media etc.)
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategy based on results,
  • Troubleshooting and providing support for orders, payments and
    deliveries.
  • Monitoring e-commerce related KPIs. Regularly
    results reporting and trend analysis,
  • Implementing activities aimed at increasing conversions and sales,
  • Planning and implementing paid online advertising campaigns,
  • Collaboration with logistics, marketing, finance departments, etc.,
  • Analysis of competitors' activities in e-commerce,
  • Learning from best practices and adapting company strategy.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position,
  • Knowledge of methods and tools for analyzing the effectiveness of implemented solutions,
  • Team management skills,
  • Experience in working with markitplaces,
  • Business orientation, proactivity,
  • Knowledge of English at C1/C2 level,
  • Positive attitude and ability to organize own work,
  • Knowledge of the energy storage and battery industry will be an added advantage,
  • Knowledge of the battery production process will be an added advantage.
